This unique and complete preschool educational program is based on the fact that children learn more in their first three to five years of life than at any other time and that those years can be used in preparing them with the basic academic skills needed to learn to read.
The program covers the years from birth to five. Infants can take in these pre-reading skills, and toddlers will enjoy these early learning activities. Effortless childhood reading will be the result.
Drawing from my background in educational psychology with graduate courses centered around learning theories, as well as having experience in teaching early childhood reading, I incorporated the same early reading principles in this program that I used with my daughter virtually from her birth. The results were astounding, which influenced my decision to develop and write this program. I believe that if a child is given access to the essentials of language, i.e. early exposure to phonics, during the crucial time of birth to three years of age, there is an amazing brain development process which produces outstanding reasoning skills and effortless reading ability, not accessible to the same degree without this early exposure.
As you read through this site, you will see that I have targeted children under the age of three. However, this program is very usable for the older toddler as well. In fact, some of the workbooks (workbooks 5-7 and 10-12) are difficult to the point that a toddler will not be ready for them until around the age of five. This is a progressive program, but I am specifically targeting ages under three because of the potential of spontaneous reading, as occurred with my own daughter, is more likely when started at that younger age. Utilizing the time of rapid brain development that occurs uniquely during the ages of zero to three, with language development skills that produce amazing results, is what this product is all about!
